Welcome to the January 21, 2024 issue of Mini MACT*Facts.  We hope you find it informative and useful.  Please forward this newsletter on to anyone you think might be interested.

Mini MACT*Facts is now issuing different versions of this newsletter based on content.  You can configure your subscription to control some of the newsletter content.  This is the "auditions and events" version.  If you click on the "Manage your subscription" link at the bottom of this newsletter, it will take you to your profile page.  Scroll down to near the bottom and you should see these options:

The "Mini MACT*Facts Subscription type" is the option we are implementing with this week's edition.  Your options are "Auditions and Events", "Events Only" or "Auditions Only".

We will be implementing the "Mini MACT*Facts Subscription Frequency" a little later.  This option will control how frequently you get the newsletter and the time-frame of the Events and/or Auditions that will be included.  Please remember that we update the auditions and events listing weekly.  There are frequently updates for events/auditions coming up in the next week.  If you select any frequency greater than the weekly options, you may not see these new event/auditions.

We also have 3 mailing lists: Mini MACT*Facts (which this mailing uses), MACT News and AACT News.  Clicking on "unsubscribe" unsubscribes you from all three lists.  Use the "manage your subscriptions" option at the bottom of this newsletter to uncheck any of the lists (as shown above) that you do not want to receive mailing from.

This is the latest update in our efforts to serve you better and provide you with the information you want in the time-frame you that serves you best.

If you have not already done so, I suggest you set both of these options to your preferences as soon as possible.

Our web-based service is easy for your box office staff to learn and operate. In most cases we settle up weekly either by ACH (direct deposit) or by check. Use our Android and Apple apps to can scan people in and out with smart phone or scanner. Your customer receives a reminder email two days before the event. We don’t charge a fee for donations but the credit card companies fees do come off the top
