MACTThe Duluth Playhouse is seeking NEW PLAY SUBMISSIONS for the 2024 What She Said New Play Festival on this year’s theme: “Undaunted.” What She Said Festival is a celebration of new, short plays by women playwrights. DPH Underground in Duluth, MN, created the festival as an opportunity for women playwrights, directors, and actors to have a focused space to express themselves and to feature their stories through theatre.
The festival will feature 5-7 short plays and monologues written by playwrights who have experienced womanhood in all its intersectionality. What She Said looks to shift focus toward women in a powerful tribute to their diverse and unique experiences.
