Director Rachel Haider is looking for actors of all genders with a sense of play. Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds and age 15+ are encouraged to audition. With doubling, the cast might be around 16 male presenting and 5 female presenting actors. Some roles can be
gender flexible, however.

Auditions: Sunday, March 9 and Monday, March 10 @ 6:30 PM
Callbacks, if necessary, Tuesday, March 11 @ 6:30 PM
Rehearsals begin March 31
Performances: Fri, Sat, Sun: May 16 – 25

No need to prepare anything in advance; you will read from the script. You will be asked to attempt a British accent (any region.) Don’t worry! Shakespeare in Love mostly uses everyday language for clear and effortless conversations. This makes the dialogue easy to understand and perform.
