Warp to Winona is the theme of this year’s annual 24-Hour Theater, hosted by Sugarloaf Theatre. Come be a part of one of three fun sci-fi-themed short plays, all created within a day.

If you are unfamiliar with the concept of 24-Hour Theatre essentially we write, rehearse, and perform three original short plays all within a period of 24 hours. The event will kick off with a meeting on April 11 from 6:00-8:00 pm. All actors, writers, and directors will gather together to discuss plans for the next day. After the meeting, everyone will go home and writers will write their plays while all the performers get a good night’s rest before the next day. In the morning on April 12, everyone will gather back together in the morning and rehearse with breaks until the performance for the public at 7:00 pm!!

If you are interested in being an actor for this event, don’t worry, no audition is required! All adults and children ages 12 and up are welcome to perform in 24-Hour Theatre. Just go to our link tree to sign up!! The entirety of the event will be hosted at Wesley United Methodist Church.
