Lamplighter Community Theatre’s artistic mission is to promote a better understanding of theatre arts through productions and workshops.

Lamplighter Community Theatre is located in the heart of Minnesota harboring an entertainment treasure where performing arts share center stage with education. We strive to make our community and surrounding area richer in the arts.

Products and Services:

Our work is carried out through multi-faceted programming that educates, entertains, and responds to community needs.

• Live theater performances: providing entertainment that fosters an appreciation for the arts
• Children’s theater programs: providing experiences that inspire children to make theater an active part of their lives
• Skill Development: building technical and performance skills through mentoring, workshops, trainings, & productions: providing individuals theatrical experiences to create and express their art
• Outreach Programs: encouraging collaborations with various organizations that are innovative, effective and mutually beneficial, reaching under-served populations

Our annual summer camp program for youth, Lamp Camp, aims to help each student to discover their own unique gifts and to develop a passion for theatre while providing the tools and resources needed for them to be successful.
